What do I need to start a website?
A domain (your address, like yourbusiness.com) and a hosting plan (where the website lives). You can get both here in one order, and your business email comes with the hosting plan.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Choose a plan, pick "Use my own domain" during setup and point your domain to us. The panel shows exactly which records or nameservers to set.
How do I pay?
Each order creates an invoice in your panel. We accept the payment methods shown on the invoice page. Pay, upload the receipt, and we confirm it and activate your order.
How long until my website is live?
Hosting is ready in your panel right after setup. A new domain is usually registered within minutes of the payment being confirmed. DNS changes can take a few hours to reach everyone.
Is the domain registered in my name?
Yes, the domain is yours. Privacy protection hides your personal details from the public WHOIS where the extension allows it.
What is the difference between the register and renewal price?
The register price is what you pay for the first year. From the second year the domain renews at the renewal price, once a year, as long as you keep it.
Can I move my domain to another company later?
Yes. You can unlock the domain and get its transfer code from your panel at any time, then start the transfer at the new company.
Can I use my business email on my phone?
Yes. Add the mailbox to the mail app on your phone or to Outlook with the settings shown in your panel, or use webmail in your browser.
How many email addresses do I get?
It depends on the plan; the plan cards and the comparison table show the number of mailboxes for each one. Forwarders let one mailbox receive mail for several addresses.
Will I be reminded before my plan or domain expires?
Yes. A renewal invoice appears in your panel and you get an email before the due date, so your website and domain keep working.
